Centerpoint Engineering provided mass grading documents for the 60+ acres being developed by Seefried Industrial Properties along Old Peachtree Rd. in Gwinnett County, Georgia. CenterPoint Engineering also designed both the horizontal and vertical curve alignments for the future Horizon Drive Extension. CenterPoint Engineering also coordinated all runoff issues associated with the four future building pads and the roadway. Two separate detention faclities were provided along with 4 temporary sediment basins that are currently being utilized.

The construction documents for Horizon Creek 100 are currently being permitted by CenterPoint Engineering and the City of Suwanee, as well as, Gwinnett County, Georgia.
